Health is more than what you eat, and health coaching goes far beyond food. It is about how you live, rest, cope, and care for yourself day to day.

Together, we look at the full picture of your life, including habits, stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily rhythms. From there, we create a plan that works with your life instead of against it. Through personalized coaching sessions, I will work alongside you to develop an integrated approach to whole-body wellness.

Many of the individuals I work with, including those navigating cancer, recovery, or prevention, are interested in how lifestyle and metabolic health influence long-term resilience.

As a trained Metabolic Terrain Advocate, I help clients understand how factors such as blood sugar balance, inflammation, mitochondrial health, sleep, stress, nutrition, and environmental exposures shape the body’s internal environment.

Supporting these foundational systems helps create conditions that promote vitality, recovery, and long-term well-being.
